Brad and Melissa are just two ordinary people who love great craft beers.  And cheese.  They love cheese.  Almost as much as the beer.  So they decided why can’t they have both?  They began pairing a variety of cheeses and beers, often being surprised and amazed at the outcome.  Pairing cheese and wine is easy, but craft beer is so much more complex.  It takes a lot of work to find the right cheese for a beer, but when it happens…oh my.  Brad and Melissa will gladly sacrifice themselves to give you their thoughts on the best pairings they come across 🙂
